Returning Officials

REGISTRATION WILL OPEN AT THE END OF AUGUST

Hockey Saskatchewan certifies officials as young as 10 years old, please check with your local Minor Hockey Association on age requirements.

Level 1 - Returning Officials 14 and under as of December 31st

Level 2 – Returning officials 15-17 years as of December 31st

ICOP Hockey Officials Rebate Application

Officials that are of Indigenous heritage may apply for the Indigenous Coaches and Officials Program (ICOP) rebate program through Sask Sport. Those who qualify will receive a rebate on their certification fees via Sask Sport.

To qualify for this rebate you must adhere to the following:

Officiate a minimum of seven (7) games during the 2024-25 season
