Regina Rebels – Under-18 (U18) AAA Head Coach
Hockey Regina Inc. is seeking a Head Coach for the Regina Rebels U18 AAA program, a member of the Saskatchewan Female Under-18 AAA Hockey League (SFU18AAAHL), for a minimum two-year term starting with the preparation for the 2026-27 season.
Responsibilities:

Lead team staff recruitment and appointments

Oversee player evaluations, selection, and development

Implement player recruitment plans and manage affiliate programs

Plan and execute a High-Performance season plan

Foster a positive, inclusive, and competitive team environment

Represent the team in communications with Hockey Regina, the league, and other stakeholders
Requirements:

High-Performance 1, Respect in Sport, and Checking certifications

Vulnerable sector criminal record check

Proven leadership, communication, and player development skills
