M.E. Day - 2024 Expo Featuring Former NHLer Corey Hirsch

M.E. Day (Mental health Edification Day) is an annual Wellness Expo focused on promoting mental health awareness and offering resources to support well-being. Join them this year for an evening of learning and community.

Organized by Speaking Through C.R.A.I.G. – Solutions Inc. (Creating Resilience & Awareness Inspired through Guidance), this event aims to empower individuals with the knowledge and resources needed to navigate mental health challenges.
