Officiating Development Program
The purpose of the Hockey Saskatchewan Officiating Development Program (ODP) leadership team is to guide, promote, develop and administrate the affairs of the program for all sanctioned hockey played within the province through recruitment, retention, education, support, and communication.
Hockey Saskatchewan is committed to identifying officials of all backgrounds, gender, ages, abilities, and hockey experience with the goal to provide and sustain the best possible officials available for every game played in the province.
With this, Hockey Saskatchewan will invest resources in the ODP with a focus on the instruction and coaching of officials to help provide opportunities at the appropriate levels. This will help to provide all officials an opportunity to enhance their interest and passion for the sport and their role within the program.
