This session of Building Resiliency in Today’s Youth Through Sport focuses on applying mental performance strategies within athlete development, with an emphasis on stress management, self-awareness, and redefining mental toughness. Drawing on insights from the Swedish Ice Hockey Federation, research-informed practices, and perspectives from leaders across sport, the discussion challenges traditional models and highlights evidence-based approaches to building resilient athletes.
