Starting with a brief review of Session 1, the discussion covers Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness (DISC) and emotional intelligence assessments, motivational interviewing, and mental performance strategies to help athletes build resiliency, confidence, and self-awareness in high-performance environments.
