Building Resiliency in Today’s Youth Through Sport

Hockey Saskatchewan is pleased to partner with Mental Performance Consultant Kyle McDonald to offer Building Resiliency in Today’s Youth Through Sport, a progressive Zoom webinar series designed to support athletes, parents and guardians, coaches, officials, and sport administrators.

This resiliency-focused series explores practical, real-world tools to help families and sport communities better manage stress, navigate challenges, and foster more positive, enjoyable sport experiences for youth. The program is designed to support both performance and personal development, with a strong emphasis on keeping sport healthy, engaging, and development-focused.
