Zablocki Strikes Gold to Earn Athlete of the Month Honours

After being handed an all-star award for her part in Canada claiming gold at the 2025 IIHF U18 Women’s World Championship, forward Stryker Zablocki earns January Athlete of the Month honours.
The Prince Albert product scored the most goals (eight) and points (12) at the tournament, capping off her total with a goal in Canada’s 3-0 shutout victory against the United States for the Championship’s final game in Vantaa, Finland.
Zablocki was joined by fellow Saskatchewan-born players, forward Alida Korte (Saskatoon) and goalie Ava Drabyk (Saskatoon).
Zablocki was nominated by Hockey Saskatchewan.
