Schedule Released for the 2021 Western Regional Women’s U18 Championship

WINNIPEG, Man. - Hockey Manitoba, in conjunction with Hockey Alberta, BC Hockey, and Team Saskatchewan, are pleased to release the schedule and event information for the 2021 Western Regional Women’s Under-18 Championship which will take place from November 2 – 6, 2021 at Stride Place in Portage la Prairie, Manitoba.
The tournament features Canada’s four western provinces (Team Manitoba, Team Alberta, Team British Columbia, and Team Saskatchewan).
The format of the tournament will be:
- A three-game round robin.
- Semi-finals
- Bronze Medal game
- Gold Medal game
All games will be played at Stride Place – the home of the Portage Terriers of the Manitoba Junior Hockey League and host to the RBC Cup in 2015. Games will be open to the public based on the most recent public health orders with admission being charged at the gate. (General admission is $5.00, Children 12 and under are free).
Please note: Only individuals who are double vaccinated are able to enter Stride Place. Spectators should come prepared to show both your immunization card and your photo ID. Masks are mandatory. Patrons 12 years of age and over must provide proof of double vaccination & personal ID.
