Regina to Host Saskatchewan Development Model Leadership Conference

REGINA, Sask. – The Saskatchewan Hockey Association (SHA) would like to announce that it is hosting the first Saskatchewan Development Model Leadership Conference on Thursday, July 10, 2008, at the Regina Inn in Regina.
Representatives from the SHA, Western Hockey League (WHL), Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League (SJHL), and Saskatchewan Midget AAA Hockey League (SMAAAHL) along with representatives from teams in each of the three leagues will be present.
The conference, the first of its kind in the country, provides opportunities for leagues and teams at each level of the Elite Development Model to communicate, create relationships, and to have input on the hockey development system in Saskatchewan.
An agenda is attached and the following representatives who serve on the Saskatchewan Development Model Committee will be available for interviews at 12:00 noon.
