The Western Canada Officiating Development Partnership in collaboration with Hockey Saskatchewan, Hockey Manitoba, Hockey Alberta, BC Hockey and the Western Hockey League want to provide direction for officials to help with development around the topics of Professionalism, Attitude and ways to deal with conflict for officials of all ages.
