2013 Hockey Day in Saskatchewan: Assiniboia – WATCH

The Saskatchewan Hockey Association (now Hockey Saskatchewan) and SaskEnergy recognize that the rink is at the heart of every small community as a place of gathering throughout the year. We hope to give communities a chance to celebrate this fact and also to preserve it so future generations can enjoy the same experiences growing up as we were fortunate enough to experience. Hockey Day in Saskatchewan provides associations a platform to raise funds to keep the rinks alive and well in all communities, both big and small, and we encourage every Minor Hockey Association to hold an event in their own community for SaskEnergy Hockey Weekend.
