Financial Reports

Policy

Hockey Saskatchewan will review its financial position monthly and will generate financial reports on a monthly basis.

Procedures

1. The Finance Audit Committee (Membership determined by the Board) will meet the first Monday of the Month.

2. Within the week prior to the Finance Audit Committee meeting, the General Manager will provide a draft of the financial statements to the Committee.

3. The Finance Audit Committee will review the financial statements and make recommendations to the Board of Directors.

4.  The General Manager will compile the committee’s finance report, the monthly financial statements for distribution to the Board Members through the Hockey Saskatchewan Sharepoint site.
