Policy
Hockey Saskatchewan will review its financial position monthly and will generate financial reports on a monthly basis.
Procedures
- The Finance Audit Committee (Membership determined by the Board) will meet monthly.
- Within the week prior to the Finance Audit Committee meeting, the General Manager will provide a draft of the financial statements to the Committee.
- The Finance Audit Committee will review the financial statements and make recommendations to the Board of Directors.
- The General Manager will compile the committee’s finance report, the monthly financial statements for distribution to the Board Members through the Hockey Saskatchewan Sharepoint site.
5. Monthly Report, which includes:
a. Monthly year-to-date status (to include statement of Financial Position/Balance Sheet and statement of Revenue and Expenses/Profit and Loss).
b. Previous years year-to-date stats for the same month.
c. Year-to-date budget variance.
