Policy
The General Manager and any staff member, at the discretion of the General Manager, will be eligible to use an organizational credit card.
Procedure
- The Association credit card limit will be $25,000.
- Personal expenses may not be made of the organization credit card.
- Credit card payments and reports will be reconciled monthly.
- Cash advances through credit cards are prohibited.
