Developing Defence
Hockey Saskatchewan is offering Developing Defence sessions for Female and Male players (Under-11 to Under-18), scheduled primarily on school division Professional Development (PD) Days, with additional dates on weekday holidays such as the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation and Remembrance Day.
Led by Hockey Saskatchewan Instructors and/or certified skill licensees, these on-ice sessions are designed to enhance defensive skills, awareness, and positioning.
We have enhanced the experience by adding an individual skill session for each participant — in addition to the Developing Defence-specific session. That means each player will now receive two separate 60-minute ice sessions.
