REGINA, Sask. – Hockey Saskatchewan will host the Sask First Female Under-16 (U16) Top 136 Tournament from April 3-5, 2026, at the Co-operators Centre in Regina, bringing together some of the province’s top young hockey talent.
Players born in 2011 and 2012 earned their spots through Regional Camps in Dalmeny and Pense earlier this season, narrowing an initial field of athletes to the rising stars competing in this next stage of the Sask First program.
The tournament opens on Friday, April 3, with team practices, followed by round-robin games featuring eight teams on Rinks 2 and 3. Final matchups on Sunday, April 5, will be organized into A, B, C, and D categories.
