REGINA, Sask. – Hockey teams from across the province of Saskatchewan are gearing up for a journey filled with friendly competition as they aim to determine the champions of the 2022-23 SGI Canada Provincial Playoffs for their respective divisions.

After a successful 2021-22 season saw its provincial champions crowned, Hockey Saskatchewan is excited to hit the ice once again. Beginning Jan. 20th, 2023, and concluding by April, series between teams in categories ranging from Under-13 to Senior will take place.

A total of 256 teams across 26 draws will make up this season’s provincials (excluding leagues that administer their own playoffs).

Teams will battle old rivals and create new ones on their quest for provincial supremacy. If captured, championship banners/plaques represent the culmination of all the hard work done over the season by dedicated players and coaches.

The provincial draws for Under-13 to Under-18 have now been released and can be viewed HERE. Special thank you to Game On Mobile for the new and improved online brackets where games and scores will be updated through the series of gauntlets.

The Senior draws will be unveiled on the Monday Nooner Podcast at 6:00 PM CST on Wednesday, Jan. 11th, 2023. Fans can view this show by visiting the link HERE. At the conclusion of the show, the Senior draws will then be up HERE.

Hockey Saskatchewan is excited for what promises to be a thrilling journey for all the teams involved and looks forward to crowning SGI Canada Provincial Playoffs’ champions.
