In this webinar, Faye Matt, Senior Manager of Culture and Inclusion at Hockey Saskatchewan, shares evidence-based strategies for supporting mental wellness in hockey. Drawing from national and international research, the session covers mental health literacy, the role of club-level support, and how to create safer, more inclusive environments. Associations are encouraged to go beyond physical safety and help prevent psychological harm—ensuring every player has a positive experience on and off the ice.
