REGINA, Sask. – A memorandum has been issued regarding a call for applications for Hockey Saskatchewan Board of Directors.

The Hockey Saskatchewan Nominating Committee is responsible for ensuring the Board of Directors is composed of qualified, skilled individuals who are capable of and committed to providing effective governance leadership.

To support this mandate, the Committee will receive and review applications from individuals seeking election to the Hockey Saskatchewan Board of Directors for 2026.

This year, three (3) positions are available, each carrying a three-year term. If an election is required, it will be held one week prior to the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday, August 4, 2026.

The Nominating Committee is seeking qualified candidates and is calling for the submission of nomination packages.

Ideal candidates are passionate about the game, motivated to support its growth, and bring a diverse range of skills and experience that contribute to strong policy governance. Individuals who are engaged in strategic thinking and policy development are encouraged to apply. A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, along with the competencies required to oversee the Association’s Policy Governance model, are essential to the continued success of Hockey Saskatchewan.
