REFUND POLICY

Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least forty-five (45) days (March 11th, 2025) prior to the start of the Camp Weekend (less a $10.00 administration fee).
For cancellations made within 45 days of the start of the Camp Weekend, NO refund will be adminstered without a medical reason provided and accompanied by a doctor's note (less a $10.00 administration fee).

All cancellations must be provided in writting to Grassroots Coordinator Matt Miller (mattm@hockeysask.ca)
