REFUND POLICY

Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least forty-five (45) days prior to the start of the Camp Weekend (less a $10.00 administration fee).
For cancellations made within 45 days of the start of the Camp Weekend, NO refund will be adminstered without a medical reason provided and accompanied by a doctor's note (less a $10.00 administration fee).

All cancellations must be provided in writting to Matt Miller (mattm@hockeysask.ca)

MEDIA RELEASE AND CONSENT AGREEMENT

I, the parent/guardian, consent for my child to be included in photographs, video, print and/or other similar material and further agree to the use and distribution of the Materials, and any copies, for advertising purposes in any Hockey Saskatchewan publications or other media.
