• Respect in Sport
• Coach 1 or 2 Certified
• Encourage and demonstrate positive leadership      
• Knowledge and respect of Hockey Saskatchewan Grassroots Programs & Policies
• Good communication skills
• Well organized and excellent time management skills
• Ability to work within a team environment as well as solo
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license (must have own transportation)
• Attend Hockey Saskatchewan Training Sessions
• Experience as a coach/administrator/player
• Support Cross-Ice and Half-Ice initiatives
• Ability to identify, correct and demonstrate skills on the ice
