The Hockey Saskatchewan Officiating Development Program is committed to identifying officials of all ages, abilities and hockey experience with the goal to provide, and sustain, the best possible officials available for every game played in the province. With this; Hockey Saskatchewan will invest resources of the Hockey Saskatchewan Officiating Development Program in all officiating development with a focus on the instruction and coaching of all officials to help provide opportunities at the appropriate levels.

This will help to provide all officials an opportunity to enhance their interest and passion for the sport and their role within the Officiating Development Program.
